Get up to CAD $200 through qualifying dental care

An active offer has specific conditions. Review its full terms and confirm that your clinic and visit qualify.

Read this offer · ON-2026-11-02-v2

Available only for an eligible participating Ontario clinic and an offer explicitly accepted with a Good Teeth booking. One new-patient promotion per patient/account: CAD $100 after a completed new-patient examination and cleaning, including X-rays only when clinically indicated; an additional CAD $100 after a separate clinically recommended treatment visit at the same clinic after approval of the first stage. No referral payout is included. The full CAD $200 is available through the patient’s own qualifying care. Patient age 10 or older on the appointment date; an authorized adult parent/guardian must manage a minor’s participation. Only one patient may claim the new-patient promotion through one verified account. Booking and receipt must identify the same patient. Private insurance and self-pay are eligible; CDCP is the only eligible government-funded plan. Other government programs and unknown/unverified payment categories are excluded from rewards, without restricting access to dental care. Submit an official receipt within 180 days of the visit. Typical review target is 2–3 business days after all necessary evidence and clinic confirmation are available. Approved cards are sent manually by email, with a target of 3 business days after approval; weekends, holidays, verification questions and issuer problems may cause delays, which support can investigate. Card redemption terms are separate from the claim deadline and subject to applicable law and issuer terms. Cancellation, no-show, duplicate, false-receipt and ineligible-service claims do not qualify. No review, particular rating or unnecessary treatment is required. The accepted terms continue to govern earned eligibility despite later offer changes. See /rewards/terms/, /referrals/terms/, /privacy/ and /support/claims/ for evidence, limits, consent, delivery and appeal details. Brand and denomination availability must be confirmed before fulfillment; substitutions require agreement. Contact info@goodteeth.ca with the booking or claim reference.

HOW A QUALIFYING CLAIM WORKS

Four steps. No guesswork.

A completed visit starts the review process; it does not automatically approve a reward.

01

Book with clear terms

Accept an active offer for an eligible clinic and visit before booking.

02

Complete eligible care

Attend the specified visit. Your dentist decides what care is appropriate.

03

Submit your evidence

Use your account to submit a receipt for the correct completed booking.

04

Review, then delivery

After approval, our team sends the chosen card manually by email.

Age, service, insurance, deadlines and delivery timing must be stated by the specific offer. They are not inferred from a gift card headline.

GOOD QUESTIONS DESERVE CLEAR ANSWERS

Before you claim.

Is the $200 guaranteed?

No. It is the total cap, not an entitlement. A specific active offer determines eligible amounts and conditions.

Do I have to leave a review?

No. Writing a review, choosing a rating, or giving positive feedback has no effect on eligibility.

Do CDCP or self-pay patients qualify?

Only if the accepted offer explicitly includes that payment category. A listed insurance option does not establish reward eligibility.

Do gift cards expire after 90 days?

We do not impose a blanket 90-day expiry. The actual product, applicable law and issuer terms govern redemption. The deadline to submit a claim is a separate offer condition.

Can I get a referral bonus too?

Only under a separate active referral offer. Sharing a code does not create a bonus, and approved referral amounts count toward the combined cap.

Where do I upload a receipt?

Sign in to your account. The upload form is available for completed bookings with accepted offer terms. Please redact unrelated medical and insurance details.

Clear answers.
No surprise conditions.

Ask about eligibility, brands or an existing claim. An enquiry does not reserve a card or create a reward entitlement.

Contact consent is required to answer your enquiry. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of care or rewards.
