Review policy
Ratings should help people understand genuine experiences, without manufactured popularity or pressure for positive feedback.

The review form is available to the account holder after a completed Good Teeth booking. One review is permitted per completed booking. “Completed-visit review” describes that booking check; it does not certify clinical quality or independently verify every statement in the review.
2. Ratings and counts
Published star averages use only published reviews on Good Teeth. We show the number of reviews behind an average and never treat an empty history as a five-star score. Ratings from another platform are not merged without clear attribution and permission.
We do not invent patient counts, reviews or testimonials. No aggregate rating is published before genuine eligible reviews exist.
3. Fair moderation
Positive and negative feedback follow the same rules. Moderation checks relevance, genuine experience, privacy, spam, conflicts and abusive or unlawful content. Disagreement with criticism or a low rating is not itself a reason to reject a review.
Do not include treatment details you wish to keep private, insurance identifiers, third-party personal information, threats, advertisements or copied reviews. Reviewers explicitly choose a public display name and consent to publication.
4. No reward for sentiment
A reward does not depend on writing a review or choosing a particular star rating. Clinics, staff, sales representatives and their agents must not create patient reviews about their own practices. Conflicts of interest must not be concealed.
5. Corrections and concerns
Contact info@goodteeth.ca to request correction, removal of your own review or reconsideration of a moderation decision. Please identify the review or booking reference without sending private medical records. We do not publish review contact details.
