Clinic partnership standards
A clear introduction, reviewed practice information, and independent patient care.
Policy version: November 2, 2026 · Offer-specific terms are preserved with each qualifying booking.1. Practice information and authority
Before publication, an authorized clinic representative provides practice identity, location, contact details, professional registration information, services and insurance participation. Our team reviews those details and the representative’s authority. This is a platform publication process, not regulatory accreditation.
2. Individually agreed commercial terms
Your representative discusses commercial terms with you, and they are recorded in a separate clinic agreement. No public flat fee applies to every practice. Billing must reflect the agreed rate and eligible completed visits; repeat visits must not be silently charged as newly acquired patients.
3. Independent clinical care
Dentists retain responsibility for diagnosis, treatment suitability, informed consent, billing and insurance participation. Neither a referral fee nor a reward should determine a clinical recommendation. Never mark a visit completed if it did not occur.
4. Availability and patient data
Keep slots, capacity and pause controls current. Review requests promptly and disclose cancellation policies and treatment costs. Use patient data only for the relevant appointment and authorized follow-up. Clinic operational access requires an authenticator.
5. Reviews and concerns
Do not fabricate reviews, pressure patients for positive ratings, or make a reward contingent on a review. Contact our team to report inaccurate listings, suspected misuse or a disputed acquisition charge.
