Available only for an eligible participating Ontario clinic and an offer explicitly accepted with a Good Teeth booking. One new-patient promotion per patient/account: CAD $100 after a completed new-patient examination and cleaning, including X-rays only when clinically indicated; an additional CAD $100 after a separate clinically recommended treatment visit at the same clinic after approval of the first stage. No referral payout is included. The full CAD $200 is available through the patient’s own qualifying care. Patient age 10 or older on the appointment date; an authorized adult parent/guardian must manage a minor’s participation. Only one patient may claim the new-patient promotion through one verified account. Booking and receipt must identify the same patient. Private insurance and self-pay are eligible; CDCP is the only eligible government-funded plan. Other government programs and unknown/unverified payment categories are excluded from rewards, without restricting access to dental care. Submit an official receipt within 180 days of the visit. Typical review target is 2–3 business days after all necessary evidence and clinic confirmation are available. Approved cards are sent manually by email, with a target of 3 business days after approval; weekends, holidays, verification questions and issuer problems may cause delays, which support can investigate. Card redemption terms are separate from the claim deadline and subject to applicable law and issuer terms. Cancellation, no-show, duplicate, false-receipt and ineligible-service claims do not qualify. No review, particular rating or unnecessary treatment is required. The accepted terms continue to govern earned eligibility despite later offer changes. See /rewards/terms/, /referrals/terms/, /privacy/ and /support/claims/ for evidence, limits, consent, delivery and appeal details. Brand and denomination availability must be confirmed before fulfillment; substitutions require agreement. Contact info@goodteeth.ca with the booking or claim reference.
1. When a referral reward applies
A shareable referral link does not promise a bonus. A referral reward applies only if an active referral offer states the amount, eligible participants, qualifying referred visit, attribution deadline and claim process. No CAD $50 or other default bonus is implied.
2. Attribution and participation
The referred person must choose to register and supply the referral code themselves before their first booking. We do not accept self-referrals, duplicate identities, fabricated patients or multiple referrers for the same person. Recording a code establishes attribution only, not reward approval.
3. Share respectfully
Share a link only with people who welcome it. Do not provide someone else’s phone number or email to Good Teeth without authority, send bulk unsolicited messages, or imply you are a clinic or platform representative. No automatic invitations are sent by the referral tool.
4. Referred-person privacy
A referrer does not gain access to another patient’s clinic choice, appointment date, medical information, receipt, insurance details or claim history. The platform may use limited internal booking data to check an eligible referral when an active offer authorizes it.
5. Limits, review and payment
Approved referral rewards count toward the recipient’s CAD $200 combined reward cap. Any different limit must be explicitly published and accepted before it applies. Referral rewards must pass eligibility and duplicate review and are not paid merely for sharing a link.
Contact info@goodteeth.ca with your referral reference to query attribution. There is no reward for posting a review, giving a high rating, or influencing a clinical decision.
